Very compelling information that explains a great deal about the Christian journey. I've never been satisfied with the way church leaders explain the Physical Body, Spirit, and Soul. This author, for the first time ever, enabled me to understand completely the purpose of each. The author also, boldly challenges church dogma, and reviewed many scriptures in a light that brought new meaning to them for me. I highly recommend this book for anyone who wants to learn and grow spiritually. The author considers Christian theology from a broad perspective. Looking at the Bible, ancient texts, and theologies, yet the author does not force any specific religion. Well done C.R. Tinsley! I hope to see more books like this from you.

I want to thank you for writing about the jail fire. You are simply an amazing author. My sister lived in a house next door to the jail years ago. Her son had ordered the book on Amazon, and she was going to let me read it, but my husband overheard their conversation and happened to be on computer at the time. I have truly enjoyed the way you set up the pages. I worked at the social security office as a staff assistant when the jail fire happened, and I remember the countenance of survivors when they came in to file claims. My Story of Trauma and PTSD is a book that I can really relate to. Straightforward and to-the-point without unnecessary details, Mrs. Tinsley gives a first-person account of her trauma and finally, after decades of suffering, her road to recovery. Large print, easy to read and understand, it can be read and digested in less time than a movie. It will help and give hope to millions of us who have experienced traumatic events in our lives. I've seen similar books that are 3 or 4 times thicker but don't convey as much information as this book does. Just the facts!

Mrs. Tinsley should be applauded for her bravery and willingness to take the reader on a journey of self discovery and healing of poor self image, and the hate she felt towards her own body. Her honesty was refreshing, I loved how she used personal experiences as well as humor to get her point across. I too saw how I have sabotaged myself due to the lies we are being fed everyday, multiple times per day. Thank you for opening my eyes to the truth!
